You can see the sports and TV schedules in the Outlook calendar

When is the next Denver Broncos game? It is The office This week? You can get answers to questions like these right from your calendar. On the web and on your mobile device, view sports and TV shows in your Outlook calendar.

Add schedules to your Outlook on the web calendar

If you want keep up to date with your favorite teams and TV shows, it’s easy to add them to your Outlook on the web calendar. Go to panorama online, log in and click the Calendar icon on the left.

If the left panel is hidden, click the three vertical lines (also called the hamburger icon) at the top left to reveal it. Below the monthly view calendar, click “Add calendar”.

In the Add Calendar window, select an option on the left. For this tutorial, we will choose Sports. Depending on your location, you may see suggestions for the teams around you in the Sports section. But you can also select a popular league or view all of them.

You’ll see everything from soccer to ice hockey to golf to tennis if you watch all the sports available.

Pick a sport, pick a league, and then check the box for each team you want to follow.

If you select TV on the left, you will choose a time zone, choose a channel, and check the box for each TV show.

When done, click the X in the upper right to close the Add Calendar window. Then you should see the sports or TV shows added to My Calendars on the left panel and the events on your calendar.

Add schedules to Outlook calendar in mobile app

If you add sports programs and TV shows to your calendar in Outlook on the web, they will be synchronized with your mobile device. But if you have your phone or tablet handy, you can add them in the mobile app too. The process is the same on Android, iPhone, and iPad.

Open the Outlook application and tap the tab in the upper left to open the menu. Select “Settings” and then choose “Interesting Calendars.” Touch your email address at the top to choose a different account if you have more than one.

Just like on the web, you can choose between sports or television. If you select Sports, you will choose the sport, choose a league, and tap to add the team.

If you select TV, you’ll choose a time zone, choose a channel, and tap to add a show.

Touch the back arrows to exit and the X to close the settings.

Open the menu and select the schedule if you want to hide it or change the color. Uncheck to hide the schedule, check to show it, and tap the gear icon to adjust the color.

Whether you like soccer, baseball, game shows, or sitcoms, you can add your favorites to your Outlook calendar to stay up-to-date. And you can also follow your sports team’s calendar on Google Calendar!
