A federal appeals court has ruled that the Justice Department can resume use of documents marked classified that were seized from former President Donald Trump’s estate in Florida. Meanwhile, the New York attorney general has filed a lawsuit against Trump and three of his children alleging more than a decade of fraud at the Trump Organization.
