‘Manifest’ made us all cringe to get on a plane as the show grew in popularity in recent months, and the news that NBC canceled the show made many of our roommates cringe! Well, it looks like ‘Manifest’ will live on after all.
According to DeadlineNetflix picked up ‘Manifesto’ for its fourth season after NBC kicked off the show from the network. The new season will consist of 20 episodes, which will be divided into multiple parts in the style of Netflix.
It’s pretty rare for a canceled show to get picked up by another network, but fans weren’t messing around with this one! Shortly after the news, ‘Manifest’ fans started the #SaveManifest movement on Twitter, keeping the viewership high on Netflix after the show launched on the platform in April.
“Since its premiere on Netflix in June, Manifest has proven to be very popular with our embers,” said Bela Bajaria, Netflix’s global TV director. “Jeff Rake and his team have created a captivating teacher who has viewers around the world on the edge of their seats and believes in second chances again, and we are thrilled that they will bring fans closure with this latest season of great size. “

Jeff Rake expressed his gratitude to fans and Netflix for their commitment to bringing the series to a proper ending after its cancellation left fans with many unanswered questions.
