Jazz Jennings vows to go on a weight loss journey after gaining 100 pounds – see the before and after photos!

The reality TV star has gained around 100 pounds in less than two years and is now opening up about it! As it turns out, Jazz jennings you’ve been really struggling with an eating disorder, which is why you’ve managed to pack on the extra pounds in such a short time.

Jazz took to his IG account to speak frankly about his unhealthy relationship with food stemming from his mental health issues.

The transgender icon revealed, in a deeply personal letter, that she has binge eating disorder and has gained around 100 pounds in recent years.

But despite this, Jazz took this opportunity to promise her fans, but more importantly, herself, that she is truly committed to making positive change.

Alongside a before and after image showing Jazz a few years ago before weight gain and now, she wrote: ‘As many of you have noticed, in the past few years, I have gained a substantial amount of weight. I suffer from binge eating disorder, a disease in which I am not only addicted to food, but also eat it in large quantities. “

The increased appetite has apparently been caused in part by different medications you’ve been taking after your 2018 gender confirmation surgery.

“ I am posting this photo because it is time to address my weight gain and take responsibility. I am ready to change my ways. I am ready to take the initiative and create positive changes when it comes to my health and my body. At the end of the day, I need to be the one to commit to improving myself. [despite having a committed team alongside her]. I know that I have the power in me to lose weight and I intend to share my progress with you. I love you all and thank you for understanding the battles I am fighting to win. ‘
