How to Get Fox News Headlines on Your iPhone Lock Screen

Readers can now get their Fox News headlines right on their iPhone lock screen! Here’s how to do it.

First, you’ll need to download Apple’s iOS 16 operating system and update your Fox News app.

To update the operating system, if you haven’t already done so: In “Settings”, select “General”, then “Software Update” and iOS 16.0 will appear as an “Update Available”.

To update your Fox News app, open the “App Store” app, then tap “Search” in the bottom right corner and search for Fox News. Tap the Fox News icon in the search results, then tap “REFRESH.” (If it says “OPEN” instead, you’re already updated to the latest version.) Open the app to launch it.

Then swipe down from the top left of the screen to see the iPhone lock screen. Tap and hold it until a button appears on the screen that says “Customize” and a plus sign appears in a blue circle at the bottom right.

Hit the plus sign and add a wallpaper.

Select “Add Widgets” and scroll to find the Fox News widget.

Touch or drag to add the widget to the bar below the time.

Hit “Done” at the top right to save it.

Once you’ve added the widget, tap “Done” on the top right corner to save the widget and wallpaper and “Set as wallpaper pair”.
