Pune developer Goel Ganga Developments has entered into a Rs 125 million development management contract. Under the agreement, Goel Ganga Developments will invest in the operations of several state-of-the-art residential projects in Pune, the company reported.
By expanding its Development Management portfolio, the developer plans to partner for more projects worth Rs 200 million in the next quarter of the current fiscal year. Goel Ganga Developments plans to invest in the operational aspect of several projects such as Yogville in Dhayari, Pune; Menlo in Hinjewadi, Pune; 9 villas in NIBM, Pune; and Clevland Park at NIBM, Pune, the company statement added.

Goel Ganga Developments to handle the sales of all these projects and will also overlook the development part in some of the projects, for its esteemed partners Vardhan Lifestyles, Royal Group and Balaji Housing Company, under the Goel Ganga Developments brand, said Goel Ganga Developments.
Goel Ganga Developments to overlook the development sell approx. 216 units that will be worth about 1.25 square liters worth 125 million rupees, he added. The developer reported that it also plans to partner for more projects worth 200 million rupees in the next quarter.
This development management agreement contract is intended to strengthen its position as a leader in delivering end-to-end projects with uncompromising quality and speed of sales, added Goel Ganga Developments.
