Battlegrounds Mobile India Latest Update: Krafton Partners With Castlevania Producer Adi Shankar To Create An Animated PUBG Project

Game developer Battlegrounds Mobile India Krafton Inc. has announced that it has signed with Netflix animated series producer Adi Shankar to create and showcase an upcoming animated project based on the popular PUBG game franchise.

Shankar, one of today’s most innovative content creators and a visionary of geek culture, includes the hit Netflix original series “Castlevania,” which ended its fourth and final season to unanimous critical acclaim in May this year. year, “The Gray” with Liam Neeson, the black classic “Killing Them Softly” with Brad Pitt, the cult superhero hit “Dredd” with Karl Urban, “The Voices” with Ryan Reynolds and “Lone Survivor” with Mark Wahlberg.

Along with his traditional work, Shankar is also known for creating the award-winning, Andy Warhol-inspired street art video series “The Bootleg Universe,” where he reimagines and subverts pop culture iconography.
