Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper criticized NFL legend Tim Brown in a mall.
It had to have been the mask because otherwise why would Amari Cooper criticize Tim Brown in a mall?
Cooper was initially selected by the NFL team that Brown built a career in the professional American Football Hall of Fame playing for the Oakland Raiders. While Cooper had his moments for the Silver and Black, he was traded to the Dallas Cowboys shortly after the regime change in Oakland. Being that Brown is a Dallas native and Heisman Trophy winner from his Notre Dame days, this is so weird, man!
Be careful who presumably wears a Raiders mask in a mall, as it could be Tim Brown.
Cowboys: Amari Cooper slams Raiders legend Tim Brown at Dallas-area mall
During his time with the Raiders and his stint with the Cowboys, Cooper gained a bad reputation for dropping balls. No matter how well his Pro Bowl quarterback laid the ball for him, he would drop passes from Derek Carr and Dak Prescott at the worst possible moments. You know who didn’t drop a lot of balls in his playing career? Tim Brown! That’s who! Did this really happen?
And it’s not a complete rarity to see someone representing the Raiders team or even the Notre Dame team in Dallas. These are two national brands and people are moving to Dallas-Ft. It is worth it from all parts of the country. Not everyone in DFW loves the Cowboys, they want Hook ‘Em Horns or Gig’ Em Aggies. It may have been completely unintentional, but why do you have to rip Brown like this?
Brown didn’t deserve the disrespect he got from Cooper at a Dallas-area mall over the weekend.
