25 vegetarian protein dinners that are deliciously healthy

I admit I used to be one of those people who drove my vegetarian friends crazy with questions like, “But how do you get enough protein?” Like most of society, he had the belief that the only true The way to obtain all the protein we need for optimal functioning was through animal products.
